Basic first aid is more than a skill; it serves as a critical lifeline. It enables individuals to assess situations quickly and respond appropriately based on the severity of injuries. With this knowledge, employees can play a vital role in assisting victims and mitigating further harm.

This first aid training is designed to help general workplace and construction employees respond effectively to first aid and emergency situations that may arise at work, at home, and in the community. It focuses on basic first aid only. It does not substitute comprehensive first aid or CPR training and certification, which include technical, hands-on skills training and evaluation.

This course is intended to teach basic first aid only; it is not a substitute for full first aid training and certification or CPR training and certification.
