Specifically, this training will provide an overview of diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as employee rights. It will also offer ways employees can handle workplace challenges and promote a fair, inclusive work environment. The additional training module for management (see Module 5 below) will teach managers how to promote a more equitable and inclusive workplace for everyone.
